Getting the old fence panels out of the way isn't too bad.  Mostly we just cut them into 3 pieces (shades of Gaul) and haul those to the garbage pile.

The trouble is putting the new ones up correctly.  Almost every one of them has something else attached to it so it requires cutting and fitting to put up a new section.

What would ordinarily be a quick job is taking about 2 hours a panel.
