Tomorrows engine?

This engine was featured on the tv programme Tomorrows World several years ago and was supposed to be the answer to third world power problems. I cannot see much exciting or different from any other small two stroke engine so cannot understand what the hype was about.  Nowadays I own this one and it resides in my cupboard as a little objet d'art for some eyes to see .
