Insult added to injury

It's now 4 weeks since the scaffolding was put up in front of our house. As yet nothing has been done.
A couple of days ago, in the high winds, this polythene got stuck in our trees. Not only is it unsightly, it is very noisy!

Just had to have a rant. Sorry about that.
