ANGEL OF THE NORTH
It would not normally be so clear taken from the car but we were trundling along in the roadworks. This was on the way to Cresswell Pond in Northumberland to see the Long-billed Dowitcher. Which we did but it was, for my camera, far too distant for a photo.
Rushing to put these on, back-blipping as ever, but looking forward to a non-birding but pleasant trip out tomorrow.
