Twistin'

Ben discovered the twist tonight.  I think he thinks he invented it.

I have had a splendid Friday: I walk/ran to the sea and back,  cleaned the bottom half of the house,  bought new jeans and tops and delicious weekend treats from Waitrose,  and now we are settled down to watch Hairspray with the children.
