My kind of day

It's been a wild, windy and stormy afternoon.  I love this weather which energised me and touches my wild part.  The road is littered with leaves, twigs and large branches and everything's so clean and fresh.  I took the dogs out, soon after the end of the storm and found the streets deserted.  It's rainbow weather and I was delighted to see this one with the promise of blue skies behind the grey clouds.
I feel like I'm at last able to catch my breath since returning from my profoundly moving visit to India, where I received the first part of the direct Mahamudra transmission. So much still needs to find it's way out of my heart and into consciousness.  Maybe it never will?
I've been busy at work, and frantic at home with C's matric dance and the news that a dear friend has pancreatic cancer.
I'm breathing, slowly and deeply.
