deformed Gingerbread cookie

My wife used to make hundreds of gingerbread cookies.  One for every co-worker and some for family.   She has a variety of cutters including a set of cookie cutter that make cookies that look like someone took a bite from it.  This cookie was made from dough that had been cut and rolled out more than once.  I believe it was hand cut.
