Calendonian Hotel at 11pm (Ish)

My Dear Fellow,

Another picture from last night. Looking a bit grainy, but never mind. The Caledonian was looking very Gothic last night. 

I think they've done it on purpose, with those lights positioned in such a way that the shadows cast by the statues reminding me of a cross between the figures you see on Soviet-era posters and medieval gargoyles.

I think it was you who told me Stan and Ollie stayed there. I hope they weren't disturbed by the lighting.
