Chocolate Cherry Wine

I was saving this wine for when my hot flashes were done, but My Son said that dessert wine has a shelf life of about 2-3 yrs then it gets syrupy, so..... I had to get forced into a command decision, OK, open the bottle and lets have some. It was still good and the three of us enjoyed a glass with a little vanilla ice cream. And for me eating ice cream is such a hardship!

I told my husband I will have to save the bottle and make it into a nightlight. It will be my Memory light.

And one of these days the hot flashes will go away and that will be another great memory. Then I will go out and buy a great bottle of wine and make another Memory light!!!
