Loch Lomond season begins

12 of us turned up this morning. A few brave souls have dipped briefly before now, but this is the big season opener. Doesn't it look lovely? Just after 6am.

We swam for about 30 minutes. Ice cream headache on the way in, numb hands on the way out but it felt wonderful.

It was the first test of my new wetsuit, and so far so good. I think the better fit will help.
