Spring Lambs

I took Daisy for a walk at Newtown with my Mum this afternoon. In one of the fields there, were lots of Hebridean lambs. These are related to my sheep, as Bessie and Hetty (and the twins Mum) came from this flock. I could have spent all day watching them playing. It did make me broody for lambs, especially when two came running over to me. One even sucked my finger! I was tempted to put them in the back of my car and the them home. ;) ;) 

This morning I finally managed to mow the lawn, the first time this year! The ground has been too wet previously or when it was dry something else was going on, so it was long overdue.
