The medication Pushka is now on can't fix the old age related problem with her spine, but the taking away of her pain seems to have led to a return of her best quality - puppy like enthusiasm.
We didn't see a soul up on Orton Scar first thing this morning. Even though it was a beautiful bright day the freezing temperatures were something of a shock after the week we've had. On reaching the Memorial I paused to take in the view and look in some grikes ( no dog violets yet), upon turning around Pushka looked a little regal surveying the moor and I decided that that was worth recording.
