Early start...

We had an early start today. This is en route to the pool.
Warming up for the Saturday of the Antwerp International Youth Swimming Cup starts at 7am.
Abbie already raced Friday night (200 m medley) and only raced 100 m freestyle in a new PB.
Pippa raced 100 m and 200m freestyle and 100m backstroke with 3 PB's. Best thing was that she pipped the time limit for the Belgian Youth Championships on the backstroke - so she is a very happy (but tired) bunny tonight. I was team manager for Z.Ol.A today.
We'll do it all over again tomorrow...
