Pause for  a phone shot on the 16km run. I seem to make a habit of these threatening sky shots, probably because as well as all the other logistics, I'm always trying to dodge the rain.  This one is looking south into Lanarkshire, and the bump of a hill is Tinto Hill,  about forty miles away. Just at this point I thought I had 6km to go, but on checking the GPS, realised I had made a daft mistake, and it was only 4. Is there anything sweeter?
