Garden
With the weather being reasonably dry today we spent an hour or two clearing the pond which had gotten hugely overgrown. We disturbed three large frogs however and are now worried that in the sparser cover that remains they may get predated by the numerous neighbourhood cats that seem to like to use our garden as a toilet. Anyway, instead of going off on one about cats, when we returned from holiday the other day this astilbe had flowered and looks incredibly vibrant against the greenery. The photograph was taken in poor light at what is for my camera a high ISO, but the colours are nice!
