Red and Yellow tagged Bellbird

Back Blip from Akaroa...

The morning was dull and grey and it looked as if it would rain. We badly need the rain here as it hasn't rained for months. The rain did not appear and early afternoon the sun was shinning brightly again.

The lady to who come to bring samples for drapes and blinds, arrived on time. She said to me.. "it is great to work with a lady who know what she wants". It was all sorted within a very short time. I am looking forward to having them all put up in a couple of months time.

This Bellbird was enjoying the afternoons sun and it was interesting to see it had two tags on its legs. I will have to find out more about that. It was a great singer and stayed around all afternoon keeping me company.
