The sun was about to rise

I woke early; too early it felt. But a mug of coffee sorted that out. I went to the point at the cliff edge, and saw the beautiful colours in the sky; watching them fade slowly.

Decided that it was too early for breakfast, and too late for more sleep so I took a gentle jog along the front of Snells Beach, where I got the extra for today.

Then spent the day on admin tasks; full time at the inpatient unit doesn't leave time for that during the week.
