Kawarau Bridge Cycle Trail

The cycle trail from Arrowtown to the Kawarau Bungy Bridge passes through some of the most wild and breathtaking scenery that you can imagine. Much of the river flows through steep canyons, providing thrills for those who white-water raft it. The blues of the river, against the gold of the poplars, was striking today. This image came up so well in B&W though, that I decided to by-pass autumn colours for today. Well, mostly! There's one in extra, taken at Arrow Junction.
And for the record, no, bungy jumping was not on the activity list today!
