The Loch Lomond Late Shift

I took this shot about 7.30am after us Loch Lomond Loonies had completed our 3.7km swim from the Balloch slipway to Duck Bay and back. A beautiful calm morning on the loch, and the water was lovely at 15C.

I think that's a cormorant at the end of the sticks, but he wasnt game for showing off.

A big swim day today, with something just under 2km done this evening (minus the wetsuit) at the Greenock Esplanade. Warm water and no jellyfish, it doesn't get better than that.
