a joey

I have had this little coin in my possesion for some 15 years now. I was given it in some change, probably been passed off as a 5p piece although its wee bit smaller, about 1mm and half the thickness
It`s a silver George 1v 3d piece dated 1919, nicknamed a `joey`.....don`t ask me why.
