Sad. So very sad.

When the world spins sometimes we try to cling on for dear life to try and keep a grasp of what is going on. I have no idea what is going on now. What is going to happen or what to do or how to handle it. The sadness I feel is all consuming and tinged with a hell of a lot of guilt and regret. I am completely lost.
