Cheese heaven

To escape the hammering and drilling the builders are making, we decided to visit a cheese farm that we often pass on our way to Cape Town, but have never had time to stop. It is only about 30 minutes' drive from us. There were three different options on the cheese menu, and we chose the middle one - we could select 7 different cheeses, 3 'meats' and 3 preserves. We got 3 pieces of each cheese, and for the meat we selected salami.pastrami and chorizo. The preserves were fig, some sweet tomato and olives. It was impossible to finish all of it, so we continued enjoying it at home the next day. We now know which cheeses we like best, so next time, we will only have those.
