Mountain biker

We ventured out in the anticlockwise direction today. MS was travelling at greater speed in the opposite direction, towards Zelwa, but stopped for a chat. I admired his advanced braking system. I didn't realise that bikes had disk brakes these days.
Back home, we watched some episodes of 'Culinary revolution', a Polish reality show that involves an exuberant lady visiting failing restaurants and often turning them round financially. The program was probably successful for some friends in Augustow but that episode didn't seem available. One episode that we did watch was about some Syrians in Szczecin. Although it would be a long way to travel for dinner, I'm still quite tempted.
After all that, I made a large Spanish omelette which had a hint of the orient and which we entirely ate.
