Having spent the morning giving the garden its Spring tidy up and the lawn its first cut, we took a stroll on Street Hill this afternoon, from where this was taken.

The trees have begun to unfurl their leaves over the weekend around here despite, or perhaps encouraged by, the chilly Spring sunshine and there's a hint of promise in the air
