Beware the great Willow who lurks behind your bed for so long without moving you forget she's there and then POW! She's jumping up between my bed and the headboard and stretching out those claws to attack

Sailing again today, learning a lot from this weekend about coaching but at the back of my mind I feel I need to be studying :-(

Back to school tomorrow after not really feeling like I've had a weekend.
