Surprise Visiter

While I was sitting, waiting for a chance to photograph the hawks, this little chap perched close by. If I take many more bird-related pictures I'm going to have to make a wardrobe change -- some tennis shoes, a floppy hat, and one of those khaki vests with ten or twelve pockets. Any of you birder types able to make an identification for me?
