Chapeau, Bradley Wiggins! Chapeau Mark Cavendish!

For British cycling fans, weeks truely don't come any more exciting than this one. Bradley Wiggins about to win Le Tour de France, Chris Froome to come second, we all hope, and Mark Cavendish winning his second stage of this year's Tour today, equalling the record for most overall stage wins ever. And his winning sprint being led out by Wiggins in the Maillot Jaune! A win for Cavendish on the Champs Elysses on Sunday would make him the most successful stage winner of all time. And what better way to enjoy watching the Tour coverage at home than with a big bowl of home-made mallard and pigeon cassoulet? The wine was Austrian but, hey, who cares? We have lots of cassoulet left over and French wine in the wine rack to celebrate British cycling success on Sunday (keeping everything crossed for a safe day for Team Sky tomorrow!).
