One of Thirteen!

We've had a family of five Goldfinches in the garden over the last year; now we have thirteen who can all be feeding at the same time, so we are able to count them accurately.

They are stunning little birds but are pretty territorial at the moment and think nothing of scrapping with the other birds to prevent them getting on the feeders!

That's wild life for you!
