My Best Friend

Today was a day of nothing much in particular! Small chores and errands. Insignificant in themselves but together they still make for a busy day! But no matter what I do, Dolly is always nearby. My loyal companion and best friend.

In this picture she's sitting on my lap but looking back towards the front door. In the evening she's also very alert to the lodgers coming home. They only stay during the week for work since they actually live elsewhere, so I had to keep reminding her that it was Friday and they weren't coming!
