another day, another 10k = another horse photo. this one kind of looks like it has no front legs. it looked nice and sunny but it was so freezing and I seemed to be sweating and cold at the same time. there's no way I'm going running again until this freezing wind buggers off.

then the rest of the day was bleurghh...
except going to mum and dad's for tea which was good as always. I only just managed to heat up at tea time.
