CCC: Parrot Tulip

More like "crocodile tulip" in large...

I was over in Corpus at lunchtime; it was rather overcast and had just stopped drizzling, but I had a nice time in the garden. There are a wide array of tulips in bloom, the alliums are getting ready to burst open, and there were even bluebells in the borders...
