Messing about in boats, Bell Wharf, Leigh-on-Sea

First day of the school holidays brought a new energy to Old Leigh, with teenagers larking around everywhere and jumping on and off the moored boats. Here's the moment I caught two 'borrowing' a dinghy and they caught me taking today's Blip.
