Thorny Perch

I arrived this afternoon to spend the week on Cape Cod.  Of course my first activity was to go out with my camera.  I drove to one of my favorite marsh overlooks, looking for shorebirds. I was surprised to find that a pair of bluebirds has taken up residence in a birdhouse on the property.  They stayed around long enough for me to get a few shots.  I don't think I'll ever have enough photos of bluebirds.
