P for Palm tree

Firstly, thanks to you all for your comments about yesterday's Osprey, which you put on the spotlight page. Really appreciated.

Great last day, started on a boat from Everglades city to take us through the mangrove creeks, where we saw Alligators, Manatees, Egrets, Ibis, Tricolour and blue heron, Cormorants and Turkey Vultures ...
...oh, and banana spiders, just above our heads in the mangrove creeks.

This evening had a lovely dinner at the waterside in Marco Island, including alligator, crab cakes, lobster ravioli and pasta with mushrooms and truffles; whilst we ate that we were treated to a spectacular thunderstorm. The approaching clouds framed this palm pretty well, so made a good "P" blip.

Not sure about tomorrow though!
