A back blip from Saturday - a truly wonderful day!
Some detail to remind me... Following the ceremony at the beautiful Mackintosh church, guests were transported via a double decker bus (in extras) to Cottiers for the reception. Unfortunately there was a power cut in the local neighbourhood just after we had finished the first course of the meal and the fire alarm was activated, resulting in us needing to evacuate the building and wait on the fire brigade's approval before we could return. Luckily the weather was fine and everyone took the interval in good part. Woman and children were happy to see the arrival of the fire engine.
