Mono Monday - DIAMOND

I didn't have any real diamonds to hand so this is part of a glass crystal bowl which has a diamond pattern.  Thanks to davidc for hosting this challenge during April.  His challenges were --- challenging.

Usual Monday activities - down to the village for a bit of shopping and then back there again later on to slimming club.  Lost 2 pounds this week. I am VERY pleased about that after gaining a bit last week.

Neil has a week off work this week - he was supposed to be recovering from the London Marathon which unfortunately he had to pull out of due to him injuring his ankle a few weeks ago playing rugby. So he is just having a nice relaxing week off anyway.  He came here this afternoon and is staying the night.

We have had all sorts of weather today - sunshine, snow, rain, hail and a biting wind. Not a day to linger outdoors for long.  I took delivery of a couple of large bags of potting compost today but the actual potting will have to wait until the weather is warmer.
