Martinique

Today was spent in Martinique.  The plan was to have a beach day so we got off the ship and onto a little boat which was going to take us over to the nice bay.  Unfortunately the boat took too long to go and some people were getting a bit impatient so we got off (less than a minute after we got off the boat set sail!) Tge group decided to split up with the majority going back to the ship, while Stu and I went for a walk around. It was so hot and with it being Sunday most places were shut. We finally found somewhere for a cold drink before heading to the beach (full of locals) and around the little market stalls to buy some more tat.
We headed back on to the ship for a bit of sun bathing, Stu had another go on the flo rider, we lost another pub quiz and then went to get ready for dinner. This was where my night ended as I think I had too much sun. I got ready and suddenly felt very ill. I made it to the bar but had to go straight back to the room as I felt too sick.  Feeling very sorry for myself as I missed a meal.
