White blooms....

....on huge bushes/trees, interspersed with trees full of pink ones. Sorry, but I don't know what these are either.   Hey! I'm from the Midwest & our weather gets too cold to sustain any of these "delicate flowers", but I'm sure someone out there can tell me! Whatever they are, they looked gorgeous, as there was a whole long row of them along the street! 
We had quite the downpour this morning, lasting about an hour, but then the sun came out & the blue sky was blinding! We spent the day with Jennie and the baby while Joe was at work, & we'll stop in again in the morning before we take off for Arkansas---I sure hate leaving them!!  :((
