Well, 2/3rds of it. Nothing like an 8am swim in a black lake in Birmingham! Stout cyclist, cousin Roger and racing whippet James. Fun! Sun out too! Olympic Relay...OLYMPIC, OLYMPIC!!! Sue me LOCOG... I drank a recommended Coke after, officially so full of shi.. to kill the bugs from lake...;)
