Weeping Poppies

Met a friend for coffee in Kirkwall this morning and nipped along to see these.  St Magnus Cathedral has become the first place in Scotland to host this amazing display and this morning, in the bitter cold and wind, I went to have a quick look.  Amazing to see it close up, but actually much more effective from a distance.

A brisk walk along the beach on the way home to let Ollie have a bit of a paddle!  He's a brave lad!
