Present and correct

It was the research students' symposium today and I was second on in the event as the first speaker was off sick. If you judge these things by the number of (intentional) laughs you get and the number of questions afterwards then I reckon I did okay. I only stayed for the first session as I had other stuff to do but I caught up with my supervisor during the coffee break so it was a very worthwhile trip all round.

And then this evening Mr DawnAgain and I went to Son2's college for a 'next steps' evening. Lots for him - and us - to think about and look into vis-a-vis his university options.
