Deserted....

...at 8 pm because it was just too cold to be out!

I met with a colleague of Gadget Kid at Oxford Circus this evening She is over from Dubai, and had a gift for me from GK and G. How nice! We enjoyed a very happy time over a coffee and cake and time disappeared all too quickly.

It was very unusual to walk back to Charing Cross, past Trafalgar Square and The national Gallery, at a relatively early hour at the end of April and for it to be almost deserted.

Today we have seen hail, sleet and snow! It's MAY on Sunday!
