Defense mode for this osprey......it was just quietly grooming itself on the dock pole and another smaller bird swooped in as if to attack and THIS was the osprey's response!  Massive wing flapping and then the osprey gave chase and flew out of my sight!  Amazing.  Haven't ever seen that before!
