Louies girlfriend?

We are at our good friends house for dinner!
Their dog Jess is so cute, but she won't have a bit of Louie!
I think he wants her to be his girlfriend but she is not having a bar of it!
He chases her around like a shadow,and she pretends he's not there!
Poor louie!
