Cod Liver Oil

I've spent the morning in the office making appointments for my brother's surveying business. 

Then off to an Alzheimer's Support meeting. (My surveying phone kept on ringing!)

Late lunch.

Back to surveying job.

A gorgeous morning but now back to the crazy sleet/snow & hail.

One of my clear early childhood memories is a spoonful of Codliver oil at Bathtime! 

Must have been a 1960s thing!
