It's Infuriating --

-- When you order something on the internet, it's all wrong and you have no way of knowing if it's your fault or not (although I have a sneaking feeling that it was)!
Fortunately this company seem to accept that things go wrong, I was told to use their return label, restate my requirements and everything will be put right.
