Ever have the feeling you're being watched? Me neither.

It was a busy day with the one free hour tied up by arguing the toss with various departments at Vodafone. They probably chose people with Irish & Geordie accents as they are perceived as friendly. Shame they didn't back that up with a personality test.

Ah well, all sorted now.
