I can't be bothered with people who bulls*#t. I would rather be straight with people and them with me. Be kind. Kinder than you nees to be and you know what it always pays off. So I was fair, straight and kind today. It worked. I had a cracking run after work. Felt really slow but ran my fastest 10k this year and not an easy route!
