took myself off camping with brother-in-law to Chapel Style in the lake district for the weekend and seem to have found a break in the clouds.

It's only night one and already I'm having a great time. went for a run as soon as the pegs were thumped in, which took me slightly up and around a mountain trial before coming back down onto a bridle way for the leg back. hard work, but I loved it - and managed to run for 50 minutes without pausing for breath. a true revelation moment.
