Busy day with my team's staff appraisals needing to be done. Who said early childhood was all about the children ;) ?
But then it is really...with our goals being set to provide the best outcomes possible for our babies. Sometimes it's terrifying to think of the impact we have on their lives and the ramifications of we don't try hard enough.
